My First Halloween!!!

I had so much fun for my first Halloween. I hear that Mama learned her lesson when she lost the costume battle with Quincy, so I was lucky enough to not be forced to wear some weird head-piece, animal costume thing. So, I rocked a poodle skirt with my girl, Frenchie and my boy, Elvis.

Really, we made quite a weekend of it. Friday morning we went Trick or Treating in Willow Glen.

Here I am with my friend, Madeline. She, unfortunately, does not have an older sister to tell her to fight the 'helmet' costume with all she has. She was very compliant in her 'cow' outfit and is proudly sporting some baby leggings made by my very own Mama!
See, look, I can barely handle a ribbon in my hair.

And here's my friend, Dayton, dressed as my favorite...Elvis! I have to say that I'm partial to the younger version, but for Halloween, you always have to go for the jumpsuit.
I'm no dummy and picked up on the concept quickly. I was being handed bags of animal crackers and promptly devoured them. As you can see, Quincy, oh, I mean 'Frenchie' didn't waste any time getting to her treats, either.

The morning of Halloween, we went to a party and pretty much I could have lived in that ball pit.
Grandma and Grandpa Hearn joined us for Trick or Treating in the evening but all I got was this cup of Cheerios.

The Walker

I've been practicing walking by pushing my car around. Luckily, I have lots of volunteer helpers to assist when I fall down or need to turn.

Sand

Enjoying the sand, just like the big kids.
