Hi Everyone! I know some of you have been waiting to meet me for a long time. Well, the feeling is mutual. I'm excited to be here although the only way I know how to show it is to scream really loud.
I arrived on Saturday, November 15th at 11:27 am. I'd been working on getting out here for about 10 hours. It was a warm, sunny day here in San Jose, when I arrived. I was 9 pounds, 4 ounces which surprised a lot of people including my doctor and my Mama. My left shoulder had a rough time making it's way out but by the grace of God, I was able to hold my breath for about a minute and a half and squeeze through. I'm nice and healthy now. And today I'm 5 days old and already weigh 9 pounds, 7 ounces. I'm a good eater! In fact, I much prefer to eat all night instead of sleep all night. But it seems that not very popular around here.

Just a few minutes old.

When I met Mama face to face, I could tell that she was happy to see me but also worried since I was stuck. So, I was sure to give her some very loud cries to show off my strong lungs. I'm pretty sure that made her feel better, so I'll be keeping that up for a while.

My older sister came to meet me soon after I was born and taught me the custom of shaking hands.

Mama dressed me a very fashionable pink and brown outfit for coming home from the hospital.

Quincy came running to my crib as soon as she heard I was home and we held hands for a while. I think I'm gonna' like it here.
